The echo of those words lit a fire in the Watcher’s spirit, kindling a

weary determination. Someday, somehow, Liberty would present herself

again. She would wave from afar, then the Watcher would once again rise

to fight for Victory or Death.

The Watcher grumbled. Enough trite sentimentality. It’s time to DO
