I travel the Ancient Road
Where Cities once bright and fair
now sleep with their bones laid bare
to dream in their dusty lair;

I wander the Dark Highway
with ghosts of the Caravans
still seeking their silent clans
'neath sands of the starlit spans...

None see, but I still am there -
a shade shadows shift upon;
a sigh on the wind, then gone...
adrift with the rift of Dawn.
