The complicity of teachers and school officials with bullying is pervasive, yet goes mysteriously unaddressed in the popular dialogue. 'I wonder why that is?' he asked rhetorically.

Institutionalised Bullying is a form of Social Control - one has to look no further than Social Media and 'Cancel Culture' to see it in action.

In the case of Schools, children are encouraged to do the work the adults themselves will not do - to form a mob to enforce compliance of the System's desired norms. That is why bullying happens so often without a Parent's knowledge; the schools allow that behaviour, because it benefits them.

No one expects Teachers to know everything, but when they do know, it becomes imperative to know why they continue to allow bad behaviour to exist. As a certified Teacher, I am all too aware of what it looks like from the inside, and it is why I am no longer a part of that System.
