I've been reducing the erotic content of my stories, after getting flack for some R/PG-13 content in my first trilogy. Which hasn't kept me from writing the occasional bit of smut. But it stays on the fanfic sites.
A well-written love scene elevates the stories and fleshes out the characters; but sometimes, it slows down the pacing and action, or is truly a little too much for the audience. If a fade to black leaves some Readers wanting more, I can give them more - but I want to make sure it's done right, and with respect to the Series itself.
I appreciate that - it should be a sacred, mystic experience; when the scenes have a spiritual element, that lifts it above mere smut to take it into the realm of true Romance.
Have to say you're a sexy gal and I love it.
There's also the option of writing intriguing, engaging smut. It takes skill, but it can be done!
That was hilarious! Mr Retrops would be proud of you.
Yes, you can write the soup, salad, entree, and dessert.
HAHAHA I know what you read 💖
I like that plan.
